COVID-19 has impacted the tourism industry significantly.
Ogopogo Tours has made the difficult decision that we will not provide tours or transportation services until BC's Restart plan has reached Phase 4.
This is for a number of reasons:
1. We will not be able to offer the kind of service that we set out to provide.
2. To protect our guests and staff. Note: Ogopogo Tours primary operator is high risk and lives with a family member who is also high risk.
3. To reduce the spread of COVID-19.

In light of the new normal, we are reducing our fleet size. Our fleet is proactively maintained and detailed after each use.

We are Canada’s first certified carbon neutral tour operator and the first Biosphere Industry in North America.

The Office Concierge is dedicated to helping our customer experiences run smoothly, from the office. This role is part-time for the upcoming tourism season, starting in April/May. Hours are flexible and include days, early evenings, weekends, holidays. For the right person, there may be part-time work over the winter.

The Job - What you’ll be doing:

  • Have fun
  • Organize bookings for our tour company
  • Assist with the administration and basic bookkeeping of our business
  • Anticipate guests needs before they know they have them
  • Connect with guests via phone, text, and email
  • Update social media, following our marketing plan
  • Contribute ideas to grow and market our business
  • Other duties as requested
